ABC REALTY IS SEEKING INVESTORS FOR A NEW AND
CREATIVE WAY TO INVEST IN LAND TRUSTS

ABC Realty LLC is looking for investors. The company has developed a new style of real estate investing allowing multiple investors to reap the benefits of the trust. This new style of investing opens the land trust and equity to many beneficiaries making the benefits of investing in real estate affordable for the middle class with fewer risks.
The company, based out of Draper, Utah, opened a branch in Logan in December that will be run by President Bret Cob’s strategic partner Evan Nielson. The Logan branch already has hundreds of properties and is now seeking investors in this easy real estate investment method.
“We’ll take care of the paperwork and the hassle”, said President Cob, “you just come in and reap the benefits of your new investment while we handle the rest”.

This style of investing in real estate, known as beneficiary directive equity holding land trust, has been popular in Hollywood for years but Bret Cob is bringing it to Logan so that the local middle class can benefit from it. “I really care about helping the local middle class better their lives and now that I have found a method that can do that I want to open the doors of opportunity to them”, said President Cob regarding his company’s objective.
ABC Realty opened in Draper, Utah in 2007. Since then it has been linking investors, credit beneficiaries and residents together so that they could all reap the benefits. ABC Reality takes care of all the paper work and ensures payments making it a hassle free investment with fewer risks.
This company allows the investor to invest by putting down a down payment and receiving monthly payment distribution along with a portion of the trust. The credit beneficiary uses their good credit toward the trust and also receives monthly distributions and a portion of the trust. The resident then receives a home without the requirement of a down payment or credit gaining a home and a percentage of a trust as well as a history with which to build credit.
ABC realty invites anyone interested in this hassle free method of real estate investing to come and reap the benefits that it offers.

Learning HTML and saving face online

So this week I got to learn how to write in html and then got a recourse online to remind me of the cool and fun things that I learned and to teach me some more new tricks! Readers of this blog beware it will probably start looking quite a bit cooler from here on out now that I have these cool new skills!
Also I did some online readings on how those hiring for jobs can now look you up online and hire you or choose not to if they find questionable material on your myspace, facebook or other sites you might have. Its crazy how they can do that now and how they can juge you just by some comments or pictures you have poseted or that were posted a long time ago but still came up on a search. I guess i think it's a bit invasive but if thats whats happening then it is what it is and its good to know that its not just me and my friends viewing my pages online.

Beneficiary directive equity holding land trust is a style of investing in real estate that divides the benefits of a land trust among several beneficiaries. These beneficiaries are namely the investor, the credit beneficiary and the resident.
This style of investing in real estate has been popular in Hollywood for years but Bret Cob is bringing it to Logan so that the local middle class can benefit from it. “I really care about helping the local middle class better their lives and now that I have found a method that can do that I want to open the doors of opportunity to them”, said President Cob regarding his company’s objective.

netiquette

I have recently done some reading regarding proper internet etiquette and aside from the fact that I learned proper etiquette regarding business professional internet communication and general internet communication etiquette I also realized that I have terrible internet etiquette.
My recent realization combined with the rules for proper netiquette that I have recently acquired have led me to the decision that this blog will be devoted not only to representing me but also to represent that I can absorb this important information and will follow these newfound rules.
I realized that netiquette errors such as poor grammar and run on sentences are among my greatest weaknesses. Fortunately I follow other rules such as avoiding flaming and spam mail.
With regard to business netiquette I think that every professional needs to be in tune with these rules. These 32 simple rules could make or break and business communication. While reading the rules I realized that mistakes to these rules would have a huge negative impact for the netiquette violator! The rules for overall proper netiquette although important, simply effect your online reputation. Breaking business netiquette destroys customer relations, relations within the business and can lead to failure.
All in all good netiquette is just as important as having good people skills and social etiquette.

studying PR

Michelle,
Hey how’s school down at FIU going? Have you decided what you want to study yet? I’ve decided to start studying public relations. It’s pretty interesting because it is basically really an open career path. I could end up working with the media to keep the public informed, help to create and promote a company or product image, or work within a company creating an internal working relationship within the company and its employees or a lot of other options in between. It’s also really cool because for the most part to be successful as a pr representative with the media you have to build good rapport with a lot of different media outlets which is good because then you have a personal working relationship with people who have a lot of influence over the media.
Basically from what I understand public relations is providing news but with a motive. So it’s really objective journalism that isn’t advertising.
The guy from the Barnum and Bailey Circus, PT Barnum is known for his PR in promoting his circus. He defined public relations by saying something along the lines that putting posters up and parading the elephant down the road before a circus is advertizing, having it walk through the governor’s lawn and the governor laugh about it is PR and reporting it is news. Something along those lines at least.
Edward Bernays, who is one of the founders of public relations as a field said that “public relations is a management function which tabulates public attitudes, defines the policies, procedures and interest of an organization followed by executing a program of action to earn public understanding and acceptance.”
Yeah it’s pretty crazy; I’m really excited to study it! I think I’ll be able to do a lot of fun stuff with it when I’m done and even while I study.
Well anyways good luck with school and I hope to talk to you again soon! Tell the family hi from me too!!
